5. Marauding Captain. When 2 of these are out, you can't attack any monsters. I have been through that and it isn't very nice.
4. Exiled Force. He's a good card of course. He really got hurt when he got restricted to 1 per deck though.

Well I tried to make it and well I know there are other good Effect monsters like Sinister Serpent and Morphing Jar #2. Hayabusa Knight and Freed the Matchless General are also good.
