Well, with a lot of time he will. But pokemon will not live long enough for any of us to see it. I think the current season is that last one.

And then they begin the Battle Frontier episodes after the Hoenn episodes. Now back to the question. Will he ever be a Pokemon Master? Maybe... It depends on what you define a Pokemon Master as.
